We are fun and loving family. We want a sitter that understands we will treat them with respect and understand they are here to care for our children. We are equally grateful for their willingness to be a care taker of our children.

Just watch the children and help them if needed. Food, maybe change a diaper (if needed) Mostly the younger 2. The older too are more independent and just need too casually keeping an eye on them from time to time.

Just watching our children at our home. No expectations to travel anywhere with the kids alone. Maybe a trip with us and the kids, but we will pay for expenses and time.
