We have a 3 year old and a baby due any day. Both parents will be home at all times. We are looking for a smooth transition from one to two children and mostly for someone to help focus on playtime with our toddler in the first few months as a family of four. There will be no cooking or cleaning needed and the schedule is very flexible.
This is mostly a position to help with our 3 year old and occasional assistance with our newborn. Our 3 year old is very rambunctious; he's well mannered for the most part and is overall a happy kid. We allow minimal screen time. Dad works from home and mom is a SAHM; we do not have family willing/able to assist at this time.
The schedule is extremely flexible. Maybe 2-3 times per week, totaling 8-12 hours per week. There is potential for date nights where mom and dad would both be out of the house and both children would be your sole responsibility.
