Part-time sitter for sick twins girl and boy

I’m a single mother of twins that are currently sick with RSV, I’m not trying to miss work so nanny needed. An occasional sitter otherwise
Care for multiple kids with RSV, they need full attention and they have a bad cough with congestion.
I’m in base housing and work from 0730-1530 on a normal day and longer on watch days.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Multiples experience
