We have 3 kids in West Orange. The older kids are self-sufficient at ages 10 and 13. It is the 3 year old who we are specifically searching for a babysitter.

I work from home, and with my partner as a stay at home parent, our toddler has been home with us since birth.

What we are looking for in a sitter is flexible schedule and ability to assist our toddler in this transition of detachment. Being able to give lots of attention and play, while maintaining limits.

Most important to note is that the child has severe food allergies, so snack and meal instructions will be left.

Currently, we need a sitter for the evening of May 14. Would prefer to have babysitting by the same person at least 2x (morning or evening) before that date, if possible, for familiarity.
