We live in a small town in NJ. Our daughter is 8. We need help after school. Our current nanny is moving and we need to find the right match. Start time can be immediately if it’s the right fit!

I need the sitter to pick her up from school and walk to our home which is 5 mins away. I want the sitter to be engaging and get to know her by asking about her day and helping her get through her afternoon routine. Afterschool snack, then homework and study time (2nd grade math or reading a story)
Preferably looking for someone who is organized, regimented, calm, sweet, polite and assist / tutor her in reading/ phonic /math homework.
Make light healthy meals.
Outdoors exercise when time. Walk, park
Parking is easy by us.

Looking for someone who lives or is in comfortable commuting time.
Must me punctual
