We live in a small town in Nj. Our daughter is 8. My husband and I work in NYC. We need help after school. Currently she attends after school but the hours out of the home are too much for her.

I need the sitter to pick her up from school and Get to know her by asking about her day and helping her get through her afternoon routine. Preferably looking for someone who can be regimented and help her read and study/ homework. Make light meals. Healthy.
Outdoors exercise when time.

Looking for someone who lives or is comfortable commuting to nj. Starting Thursdays and possibly adding Tuesday- Thursday
