Part-time sitter for one baby and help with the house

We are a family of three, I work from home and have a 4-month-old baby girl, We are from Italy
I need a person to help me with the house and the baby, on Fridays the schedule might be different, I would need availability on Friday evening to stay with the baby if we have to go out for dinner
