We are two working parents (from Singapore with Indian background) based in NJ and working in NYC. Grandma takes care of 9 month old baby during work hours.
Come to our house at 5.30am and do morning routine with baby i.e. toilet train, change diaper, play on playmat while parents get ready for work.
Start time is fixed at 5.30 (or latest 6, can be discussed), while end time is more flexible (8-11, can be discussed).
