Daily babysitter/driver for two elementary school kids

Our family is seeking a reliable caregiver to assist with school pick-up for our two boys, ages five and eight, transport them to their after-school activities, and help with preparing and serving dinner. We are looking for someone who is available from 3:20 to 6:20 every day, from Monday through Thursday.
Requirements
- School-age experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Help with homework
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
- Running errands
