My family has twin boys at age of 9. We want to find someone who can help us picking up kids

We want to have someone help with pick up our two 9-year boys from school and send them to swimming practice. Their school ends at 3:15 and swimming practice starts at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday Thursday and Friday. Between 3:15 to 4:30, they will be playing in playground. For Mon and Wedn similar schedules to different activities
