We are healthcare workers, we work opposite 12 hour shifts. Dad does administrative work on non-clinical days, so he’s home but taking phone calls and meetings in his office. Mom works night shift in the ICU and needs to sleep during the day.
Monitor and entertain our almost 6 mo old and almost 2 year old. Provide simple meals, mostly pre-made. Bonus if you can do light housework (dishes, clean up after the kids when they spill and throw toys and food. Take them out in the backyard for simple outdoor play. We have a pool, fence will be installed soon.
