A young family with both parents usually working from home and occasionally travel for meetings and work. Always running around our two lovely girls - 3.5/1.5yo.

See value in both high energy care givers that can run around with kids and the care givers that can maintain a sense of calm among the chaos. Majority of our needs tilt towards being a mom’s helper rather than an independent sitter. Usually need to keep one kid fully engaged while mom feeds or puts the other one to sleep.

Have a full time nanny, so our needs usually are in the evenings and weekends.
