Need help for an occasional date night!

We have a 19 month old looking for coverage for an occasional date night!
Harper is a great sleeper once she is asleep. Our goal is to put her down to sleep before we even leave for a date. We just need someone to be in the house watching the baby monitor just in case she needs some help (and which RARELY happens).
