Part time sitter for a baby while mom works from home

We have one young child and two dogs. Husband is a music teacher and wife is in engineering.
Looking for a sitter for our ~10 month old during the day. Times relatively flexible. Mother will be home but working.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
