Looking for a sitter for two fun toddlers

We are a family of four (and two dogs). We have a daughter who is 3 and a son who is 16 months.
We are looking for a new nanny/babysitter who is flexible, caring, energetic and fun to take care of and play with our two kiddos.
We live in Longport NJ and are looking for someone 3-5 days a week 8:30-5. Finding someone who is okay being flexible on days each week is ideal. Hoping to find someone who can commit to our family for at least a year. Date nights and weekends can be an option as well!
Requirements
- Toddler experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Bedtime
- Toilet training
- Sick care
