Seeking part time caregiver during mornings for 8 yr old

I am seeking a part time caregiver for my 8 year old daughter in downtown Jersey City, next to Van Vorst Park.
Regular hours are Tuesday - Thursday mornings 7am - 9am. You'd meet her at our house and then drop her off at school.
Our ideal candidate lives in Jersey City, has at least 3 years of caregiving experience, and is a non smoker. They would be playful, engaging, creative, flexible and a good communicator. You must be reliable and punctual.
Flexibility for additional hours is a plus.
No driving is required.
