Looking for an afterschool sitter/nanny for our 14 year old daughter. Time would be ~20 hours per week - 3:30pm to 7:30pm Monday to Thursday and 1:30-6:30 Fridays. Looking to start ASAP. Our daughter is an amazing special needs kid, vivacious and loving and full of life. She is intellectually disabled and developmentally closer to 5 or 6 than her chronological age. You will fall in love with her. Require someone with a car and a good driving record, as you will be driving her to nearby therapy and enrichment sessions. The rest of the time you will be assisting her with homework, going to the park, helping her with dinner, and having tons of fun. Jersey City - time would be split between dad's house in Bergen Lafayette and mom's house in Lincoln Park. Experience with non-neurotypical kids preferred. Flexibility to cover evenings and weekends where possible also a plus.
