Family of three with two dogs. Our son is autistic and a GLP so a caretaker who is affirming and understanding of his communication style is key. He is a sweet almost 5 year old who loves all forms of sensory input.

Our expectation is that our son receive a safe and fun environment when he is in someone else’s care. He will not communicate most needs directly, his caretaker needs to be tuned into him and prepared to support his active physical needs. In the evenings, adherence to the bedtime routine is expected.
