We have two wonderful children - a girl aged 11 and a boy aged 9. We have had the same sitter for 10 years and she is moving away from the area!
Our kids are very self sufficient, but they do need a responsible adult to watch them afterschool for a few hours and sometimes drive them to their after school activities.
We know that this job is not a great deal of hours, so we are willing to pay a higher rate to ensure we have someone consistent for our kids.
