Occasional sitter for 3 toddler-preschool age

We are a family of 5 (3 kids 5 and under). We both work full time jobs and are looking for someone to care for our kids so we can have an occasional outing without our kids.
We would need our sitter to watch our kids for occasional date nights/day time outings. This would entail light preparation of meals and putting kids to sleep.
