We are a family of four with 2 young kids needing care. I work from home and usually have a busy schedule throughout the week so usually have to wait until weekends to run errands. Kids are all boys ages 9 and 3. My 3 year old has an autism diagnosis and is non verbal. Both kids are in school and the 3 year old has additional therapy sessions at home 5 days a week.
Primary duties for someone willing to take on this task will be caring for the well being of my kids by ensuring their safety and well being. Providing meals and snacks, there will be no need to cook. Meal preparation would entail microwaving ready made meals or reheating prepared meals. Laundry is not required nor expected. Only cleaning up after the kids.
Schedule would primarily be on the weekends and on school holidays. We would prefer someone who is open to being flexible. Willing to compensate for gas in addition to hourly compensation.
