I have two girls 3 and 7.my 7 year does have adhd, emotional at times and considered child with special needs. My 3 year she is just sassy i apologize in advance. I do home health care and my boyfriend works over night sweeping parking lots.
Just fix them breakfast frozen waffles, mini pancakes, or cereal ask them to brush their teeth they will need you to put tooth paste on the brush and just remind them to get dressed. They love their snacks and they know to clean up after their self.might just have to remind them.
