We have a creative 10 year old daughter, a gentle hearted 8 year old son, and a spicy 3 year old daughter who really appreciates bouncing and doing things all by herself. The kids love connecting with warm caretakers. Our eldest is autistic and needs some extra support with certain tasks like toileting but mainly just someone who connects with her. We are not big on absolute authority and more big on collaborative problem solving. Oh and we've got a portuguese water dog named Remy.

We live in the Harrisburg/Mint Hill area and need someone who can help occasionally for date nights (when our primary sitter is not available), and occasional weekend (ideally overnight) sitting for getaways.

Bonus: we are also looking for someone to drive our daughter to and/or from school at least a few days a week (35 min drive from our house). Not a requirement, but ideal.
