We are a family of 3 with very busy work and social schedules. We need attentive care for our precious 1yo daughter. She has always been with us and is now starting daycare. In the times we want a date night or have work meetings, we will need a dependable sitter. She is a picky eater and we want someone who is patient and attentive. We practice Montessori learning & prefer to avoid television and screens. We have plenty of educational toys available. Child will not need to leave the home.
Sitter should feed baby,change baby, play time engagement, light chores such as tidying the areas of use by child and sitter (dishes, high chair, nursery), clean up after baby if she creates a mess, keep her areas tidy, etc.
