Looking for a patient, reliable sitter for our almost 2-year-old son, who is learning how to talk (says a few words). Must provide a safe, calm space, follow routines, engage in gentle play, and support non-verbal communication. Experience with toddlers or autism is a plus.

I work from home, so I occasionally need someone for a few hours during the week to care for him while I focus on work. There may also be times on the weekend when I need help so I can run errands or take care of other tasks.
