My 3 yr old son is potty training and has made some progress. He has big emotions regularly and requires a patient and understanding person to calm him. If time (20 minutes or so) in his room doesn't work a hug, even if he doesn't act like he wants it, usually does. May include my 6 yr old daughter at times. Hours aren't set in stone. $10/hr is my max rate of pay.
