As-Needed Sitter for 4-Year-Old Logan (Flexible Schedule, No Pets)

Looking for a reliable, as-needed sitter for my 4-year-old son, Logan, over the next 3-4 months. Care will take place in our home (no pets).
Shifts (Weekdays Only, As Needed):
Full days (8 AM - 6:15 PM) when school/daycare are closed.
Partial days (8 AM - 1 PM) if a relative is available later.
Daycare pickups (4 PM - 6:30 PM), bringing him home and watching him until we return.
Logan is potty trained, self-sufficient, and playful. He loves to engage and snack. Meals are simple (mostly microwaveable). Both parents work M-F, 9-5:30.
