We have 3 kids: 1, 5, 9. They all go to school/daycare. My husband and I work but alternate working from home.

I need help for about 6 hours per day or less—2 hours in the morning (7-9am) for getting ready etc. and 4 hours in the afternoon/evening (4-8pm).
Responsibilities include getting them ready in the morning, drop-offs, pick-ups, and basic care in the evenings.
