My wife and I recently moved to Minneapolis with our two kiddos; Xavier (4) and Alexander (2). We used to live in Denver which is where both sets of our parents lived. We were pretty spoiled and never needed babysitters with all the free grandparent care. Now that we are here in a new city away from our folks we find we really need a good babysitter to help out sometimes. In addition to covering for the occasional night out we also need someone who could help out on week days during the day sometimes. Between my wife getting sick occasionally and my monthly travel for work we regularly find need for a little extra help taking care of the kiddos.
