Hi wonderful care providers! Looking for a nanny in Ypsilanti Charter Twp, Off Textile.
Our childcare arrangement fell through very abruptly due to health issues (found out yesterday!), and we both work full-time, so we appreciate any and all leads. We have two sweetie babes, ages 7 months and 2.5 years. Ideal hours 8:15-3:45, M-F, ~$22/hr, but we are also open to slightly later start times or also open to part-time with a couple different people if necessary, so please feel free to message.
My husband works from home and can provide a short break for you daily and help in any urgent situations. We are flexible and low-maintenance, just want someone who is safe, reliable, and caring and can handle the long day with two kids of this age. Toddler loves hearing stories, reading, going outside, drawing, painting, magnatiles, and playing pretend. We avoid screens for her except iPad time while adult gets baby to nap.
Toddler has strong verbal skills and loves getting to know people. She no longer naps despite our best efforts, but we are working on daily independent playtime in her room with some special toys.Baby is just starting to crawl and loves snuggles and putting stuff in her mouth. She's a sweetie who loves mommy but also gets comfortable and attached to others after a few days.
