ABA and/or Special Needs experienced required• 1 Year commitment minimum• Afternoon DAYS/TIMES FLEXIBLE, approx. 3p-8p but a few hours on Saturdays is required • Must be available to travel with us, approx. 4 separate weeks and/or weekends out of the year. Must enjoy being outdoors, active, creative, take initiative • 12 yr old: developmental delay, Autism, non-verbal, friendly, curious, loves music & exploring, no behavioral issues • Must be comfortable with toilet training and changing diapers • 8 yr old: no special needs, friendly, independent & active • We value communication, timeliness, consistency & setting reciprocal expectations • Most of the responsibility would be for our 12 yr old with Autism, her sister is quite independent.
