We are still figuring out what works best for us. Mom has been home since our soon to be 3 year old was born. Dad works long hours. Mom is the everything person. Mom has to go back to work.
Teach, play, laugh, potty train my almost 3 year old, arts & crafts, meal prep, light cleaning, occasional driving and errand running. I would like our sitter to be infant CPR certified.
If you can figure out a baby sleep schedule, please do. Or how to get my toddler to sleep in her own room. We have 2 acres and my eldest loves being outside.
