Before/After school for Special Needs Adult

Looking for someone to help with my 22 year old special needs daughter. She has a cognitive age of about 3-5 years old.
Her needs include dressing, changing briefs, feeding and other self care. She is on a balanced, so I need someone to get her ready for school and on to the bus M-F; 6:50 am - 8:00 am. Then after school from 3:30 pm - 5:15 pm on school days.
Requirements
- Special needs experience
- Sitter has own car

- Prepare Snacks/Meals
