Hi, we are a family of three plus a cat. I have one kid who is turning 2 in Sep 24. I will need on-call, as-needed care soon as I am a doula who needs the gaps filled in during the day if I were to get called into a birth. You would know the time frame of being on call in advance and I am only taking one birth a month for now.

. If my husband is home, this won't be an issue but during his work hours or early morning, care will be required. Ideally wanting 2 or 3 backup people so that I always have someone who can come.
