Before and after care for two preschoolers

I have two boys 4.5yo and 6yo and two indoor cats. Both boys go to elementary school.
I need before and after care babysitter to watch the boys from 8am until 9am (and help them to get to school bus) and from 4:15pm until 5:15 (get them out of school bus and watch until my husband gets home).
