Babysitter for 2 year old, must be comfortable with small dog

My husband and I have a 2 year old and live in Takoma Park. We have a small dog as well!
Looking for an occasional babysitter for date nights etc, but thinking about making it a weekly regular option!
We have a single family house and are currently just looking for one night of sitting where our daughter would already be asleep but are also looking to replace a babysitter who recently moved away so anticipate more calls!
