Part-time sitter for two children

We are family of 4, working parents with two children, 9 and 10 year old.
we need someone to bring the kids home from summer camp or school, feed them and take them to the pool everyday
the schedule is 5 days a week, 3-5 hours a day, is going to continue during summer and throughout school year
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
