Hello we are a family of 5, including our 3 beautiful children. We are a very on the go family, each kid is into two sports/activities each currently. We have two big dogs (friendly) and a cat! We are also a very outdoorsy family hunting, fishing, hiking and camping as much as possible lol

I will be working 12 hour shifts, on a 2-2-3 schedule. So one week I will need a person two days a week and the following week I would someone 3 days a week, just keeps alternating like that. And would be set days. My husband is considering changing his job depending on what child care we find/are happy with.
