I’m looking for someone to babysit once or twice a week to allow me to get out of the house and run some errands

Beyond the basics of keeping them safe, fed and clean, I hope to find a sitter who would engage with them and has experience with kids with speach delays and neuro-atypical behavior. Also any help with organizing toys and play areas would be amazing!
