After school care-for second grader

We are family of 4. One kid goes to daycare and one kid elementary. Husband and wife's job is onsite.
We want the sitter for sometime for after school care for second grader kid. It is pretty straight forward, bring kid from the bus stop (few steps away from home) to home, take care of him till his parents arrive home.
