Hello, our last sitter moved so we're looking for an occasional sitter that can just spend the night with the kids when I have to leave for work (never more than a few days at a time). They'll need woken up for school in the morning, but they get themselves ready and both breakfast and lunch are served at school, they'll take care of dinner (i.e. I'll have it delivered).

They would be in school during the day, dinner would be taken care of, so I'd only need someone to be there overnight. My older daughter is about to be 13 and my son is 10, so they have no real needs, just want an overnight companion in case of emergency while I'm gone.

We have a guest room with en suite bathroom, TV, fridge, etc. Also have two dogs and a cat, but the dogs will be kept separated while I'm away.

Neighborhood is a townhouse community with playground, pool, and clubhouse. You're free to use the pool w/ the kids if it's open (after memorial day). Close to town as well (Frederick).
