We’re currently exploring our options and are not in need of assistance until October 2026, when we will have a 4-month-old. We're looking for long-term help. I can plan a schedule through the end of the year. However, due to my husband’s rotating schedule, every other month will be different, as his shifts alternate between mornings and evenings. Flexibility would be very helpful in this case.

I will be working from home on a rotating schedule, with some days in the office. Office days for me are when we will need the most help.

We’re also open to a nanny share arrangement—whether that’s someone bringing their child along or us helping each other out by swapping childcare. I’d be happy to watch your kids, and in return, you could watch mine. I believe in planning ahead to make sure everything works smoothly.

The primary role would be tending to the baby’s needs, and light housework would be appreciated. A background check and CPR certification are required.
