We're looking for a sitter on an as needed basis to care for our 7-year-old son when we have other commitments. We typically go out about 2-3 times a month, so this is roughly 1 time per week. Our son loves drawing, crafts, and anything that allows him to be creative. We limit screen time (TV + iPad) to no more than 1 hour per day. We have a strong focus on increasing his confidence in math and reading, so our sitter would need to reinforce this behavior.
