Part-time sitter for toddler

We have an active 19 month old who loves bubbles, shooting hoops, reading books, and exploring his surroundings. We also have two dogs.
I’m looking for occasional care for my toddler while I work a few morning hours. Responsibilities would include playing and possibly trips to the library. We have two dogs but not care required for them.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
