Looking for a nanny that can be permanent.

We are a family of 8. However we only need help for our younger boys ages 2 & 1. We would like to find someone that can eventually be a permanent nanny. We are a family that loves to travel, & our boys just love attention.
I would like for our nanny to only tend to our two younger boys. Feed them, bathe them, make sure they are safe & just have fun with them till bed time.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Multi-lingual
Speaks: Spanish, English
Responsibilities
- Nanny Share
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Bedtime
- Toilet training
