We are the O'Loughlins - mom (Kim), dad (John), and our daughter Lucy. We have hybrid work schedules (home and commute into Boston) and occasional date nights/weekend plans where we would love to have regular sitters to help watch Lucy. Lucy is a happy, playful toddler who loves animals, music, and books. She is a good communicator about her needs and is mobile but not yet walking independently.
Daytime - give Lucy her meals/snacks, play, put down for nap, change diapers.
Nighttime - meals/snacks, play, prepare for bedtime, put to bed.
Pick up after Lucy's meals or any playtime messes, if she's sleeping for awhile we might ask for help with her laundry
