We have 1 boy (14) and 1 girl (5), 3 dogs, and a cat. Expectations include:
Feed kids (most likely prepared for them)
Getting kids to bed by 9p wkd/11p wknd
Straighten up living room
Make sure the place doesn't burn down while we're gone.

Home is fully secured and monitored. Guest room available.
Guest wifi available.
No smoking allowed.
No additional guests/family allowed.
Must be in good physical health (stairs, lift up to 50lbs, bend, etc.).
Must have own transportation.
