We seek a babysitter for our daughter, Lila, who is currently 3 months old. We are looking for regular help while mom works from home on Fridays starting in July, as well as occasional date-night hours and back-up if possible. You will be responsible for feeding, diaper changes, maintaining her nap schedule, and activities to support her development during wake windows. We also have one calm, medium sized dog. Light housekeeping (cleaning up after Lila and yourself, and taking initiative with tasks you notice need to be completed while she's napping) will be needed when possible, too. Strong communication skills and a nurturing attitude are essential for this position.
