We are a young family in Stow, MA looking for some help with our youngest daughter who will be 1 this month (October 16th!). Our oldest is 6yo and attends Kindergarten everyday.

I am self-employed, have a flexible schedule and am looking for regular help on Mondays, Thursdays and/or Fridays for about 10 hours (minimum) total per week.
Providing an engaging, happy and safe environment for our daughter. Light meal prep (snacks/lunch). Cleaning up after feeding and tidying up toys before leaving for the day. Putting down for nap.
We're excited to welcome someone for a long-term role in helping our family. We hope to find someone who is nurturing, fun and motivated to play/do fun things with our daughter. We enjoy visiting local playgrounds, Discovery Museum and libraries.

There may be the occasional day where my oldest daughter (6 year old) is home from school because of a holiday/school vacation so we're hoping you would be comfortable caring for her as well in the occasional chance that would happen.
