Occasional sitter for work travel days and date night

My husband and I have a two years old daughter and two shitzus. We both work full time.
I need a sitter that could provide help for when I have to travel for work and stay for an occasional date night. Support for when I am traveling would include: pick at daycare, entertain the kid, feed her dinner, shower and bedtime.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
